Our History

In 2018, a core team from Freedom Church Hazelwood was praying about a worship location for a church plant, while several members of Temple Baptist Church (Windsor Mill, MD) were praying about the future of their church.  

Both churches recognized the providence of God in bringing them together. Temple Baptist Church closed its doors and many of its members joined with the core team to plant Freedom Windsor Mill in Temple's previous location. Freedom Windsor Mill was officially launched on August 26, 2018.

We are extremely grateful for Freedom Church Hazelwood and what they have invested to see Freedom Windsor Mill become a reality. With God’s help, Freedom Windsor Mill will plant more churches. To God be the Glory for the things HE HAS DONE!
